I am a passionate, humble, ever evolving cook who live food and love to learn. So I set my goal to go out on my one day off a week to spend time in any kitchen to learn & continue to hone my craft of cooking.
This blog is a tribute to all generous/great chefs who open their door and allow someone like me to come in and learn as well as artisanal food makers. Thank you, chefs and all for the inspiration.
